What is BsaB’s Return/Refund Policy?
BsaB Candles’ refund policy is simple, if are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, please return any un-used product within 30 days of purchase and we will promptly refund you for the cost of the product. Simple and straightforward.
How does BsaB Candles deliver?
BsaB Candles delivers using UPS Ground, USPS, DHL, and FedEx. It depends on the time and the current rates. With our flat rate standard shipping of $10 it really is simple.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the location, but the average shipping time is 3-5 days. Currently BsaB Candles ships from 45 minutes outside of SLC, Utah, so West Coast delivery is usually faster than East Coast. We do offer expedited shipping as well which can speed up the shipping time.
Can I get my order via rush service?
Expedited shipping is available at checkout. If you have a special “I Need It Now” rush order simply call BsaB Candles and we will assist you.
How does BsaB Candles protect customer information?
BsaB Candles does not release any customer information, we do not sell or give any customer information to anyone. We utilize the highest forms of internet security to protect our customer’s information.
Is my credit card information secure?
BsaB Candles’ credit card processing is done through Ebay’s PayPal service which is one of the most secure online credit card payment methods available. BsaB Candle’s is dedicated to keeping this secure information safe.
Can I get a discount for large quantities?

How can I become a distributor or affiliate?
There are a few easy requirements to become a distributor of our products. The first step is to email us at info@bsabcandles.com.
How long do the candles last?
Soy candles burn an average of three times longer than paraffin candles. Each BsaB Candle’s burn time varies depending on the candle size. Additionally, our bamboo candles vary because each bamboo has a unique diameter. The average burn time of a BsaB candle is 35-45 hours, depending on the candle size.
Are BsaB Soy Candles & Fragrances hypo-allergenic?
Soy is naturally hypo-allergenic. Unless specifically stated, BsaB Candles are fragranced using 100% natural essential oils. Some of these essential oils are hypo-allergenic while others are not. If you are concerned about allergies, we can provide a list of the specific essential oils used. We also recommend discussing your options with your physician and/or trying an unscented BsaB Candle.
Is BsaB Soy Wax really 100% natural?
Yes. Soy wax comes from soybeans which are cultivated like wheat, corn, cotton, and other crops. Soy wax is similar to soy oil, which has been used for hundreds of years as a cooking oil. BsaB Soy Wax is obtained solely from soybeans and is 100% natural soybean wax, so safe it can even be used as a moisturizer.
Where are the essential oils blended?
BsaB 100% essential oil blends are blended in France by French perfumists. The essential oils are obtained throughout the world and the blends are formulated in France. We do this to ensure the quality and purity of our essential oils.
What are BsaB Candles Wicks made from?
Unnatural or chemically treated wicks can be dangerous. BsaB Candles uses only 100% cotton, 100% unbleached, 100% metal-free & lead-free wicks which have not been chemically treated. BsaB Wicks are from a German manufacturer because they are the only manufacturer whom we have found to share our standards of natural quality.
Do you have any new products coming soon?
BsaB Candles is always looking for new products which will enhance our product line, our customers lives, and the earth. We are currently working on several new products. One of the most exciting is a line of candles made from reclaimed beer and wine bottles. You can see some pictures on our “coming soon” page.
What/Who is Prod Logi?
Prod Logi, ltd. is the actual manufacturer of the BsaB product line. They are based in Thailand and are primarily in charge of product research, development, and manufacturing. If you are ever in Thailand let us know and we will arrange a visit to the Pro Logi Creation Center. BsaB Candles is the US distributor for the BsaB product line.
Are the products really sustainable?
All of the BsaB products are from natural ingredients and made from reusable or renewable resources. Our soy wax is from soybeans which can be grown all over the world. Our wicks are made from the cotton plant. Our bamboo is a grass that will continue growing after being cut. Our beeswax is naturally produced by bees. And our essential oils are from various plants which can be grown in gardens or plantations. So, yes everything really is sustainable and natural.
Do you use child labor in Asia?
Absolutely not, BsaB Candles does not support child labor and even work to eradicate it. We will not buy from manufacturers who support child labor.

What do I do with the glass when the candle is finished?
We’ve designed our glass candle so it can be used over and over. In the office, we use the glass as a tea cup or drinking glass. We also use them for planters or plant starters for the garden. Additionally, you can simply purchase a BsaB Candle Refill Kit here and reuse your glass holder to make another beautifully sustainable BsaB Candle.
How do I use the BsaB Soy Candle Refill Kit?
The BsaB Candle Refill Kits is actually quite easy to use. Simply place one of the wicks provided in the center of the candle container and slowly pour or spoon in the soy candle refill flakes. Then lightly pack the soy candle refill flakes so it is fairly dense. Smooth. And Enjoy. It’s that simple.
Do you have tea-light candles?
We are currently working on developing tea-lights and hope to have them soon. One of the problems we face is that our candles are such high quality that much of the available tealight holders and tins are subpar.
What other earth-friendly processes or procedures does BsaB participate in?
Our new candle facility will be 100% solar powered. We use all natural ingredients. We are always look for ways to improve our harvesting processes. We support many organizations which are constantly trying to better the earth and environment as well.

How can I clean my BsaB Calcite Stone Lantern?
To clean your BsaB Calcite Stone Lantern, simply take a damp cloth and wipe clean. If needed, you can use a natural cleaner or hand soap.
Does BsaB test on animals?
Absolutely not. BsaB Candles does not use animal testing.
How do I clean up soy wax?
Soy wax cleans up with soap and warm/hot water.
If I spill a candle, does the soy wax stain?
Soy wax shouldn’t stain provided you are able to get it out quickly.
How do I trim my wick?
Simply cut the wick with scissors and remove the cut portion. Never let the wick get longer than ¼ inches high.
How often should I trim my candle wick?
We recommend trimming the candle wick after each use. Don’t let the wick get longer than ¼ inches high.
What are the candle burning instructions?
Burning Instructions
Trim wick to ¼" before each lighting. Do not allow wick trimmings, matches or any flammable material to accumulate in or around the candle. Burn on heat-resistant surface. Avoid drafts or movement. Do not burn candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Container will be hot when candle is lit. Do not move or re-light candle until flame is out and wax is completely solid. Do not burn if wax level is less than ¼". Never leave burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children or pets. Never burn on or near a flammable surface.
Is there anything else I should know about BsaB Candles?
Like all candles, BsaB Candles should never be left burning unattended, they should be kept out of reach of children and pets, and they should not be lit on or near a flammable surface.
